Step up your skills with the FWTA Mt Hutt Progression Programme, a 18-day training block for young skiers and snowboarders ready to dive into the world of freestyle and freeride. 

Athletes will build strength, control, and confidence across steep terrain, natural features, and freestyle park environments, with coaching tailored toward either freeride or slopestyle development. 

Whether you're aiming for local comps or just want to shred harder, this programme is your development pathway to competition. 

Who's It For: 

• Ages 7+ (younger athletes with exceptional skills may apply) 
• Graduates of Shredders or other development programmes 
• Confident skiers/riders able to handle all-terrain, including steeps and variable snow 

Programme Format: 

• Starts: 28 June 2026 
• 18 days: Programme runs on Sundays until 27 September, plus school holidays dates of 7, 9, 14 and 16 July 
• Coaching Times: 9:00am – 2:30pm each day 
• Check-in: 8:45am

• Expert coaching from experienced FWTA staff 
• Focused progression in park or freeride, tailored to your pathway 
• Small group sizes for maximum attention and feedback
