Mt Hutt Local Primary School Season Pass

Our local tamariki are the future guardians of our sports and maunga. 

Growing up with the mountains on their doorsteps, we believe each and every one of them deserves the chance to learn how to ski or snowboard, and we hope it will foster a lifelong passion for enjoying and protecting our unique environments. 

That’s why we offer discounted season passes to eligible local primary and secondary school kids. Our Primary school passes cover children up to and including Year 8, and secondary school passes for students in Year 9 and above.

We're thrilled to announce that for 2025, we've placed a price freeze on all child passes. This means there is no increase on the 2024 prices, and the offer is available from now until 9 June 2025. After 9 June, the passes are still available but may require additional verification to confirm enrolment.

Local Schools Season Passes are available exclusively for students enrolled at schools situated between the Rakaia and Rangitata Rivers.

By purchasing this product, you are accepting that your details will be shared with the school you have selected in order to confirm the child is enrolled and eligible for the discounted pass. 

If a pass is purchased for a child who is not enrolled at a school meeting the criteria to receive the local school discount, the pass will not be valid for use and our Guest Services team will be in touch prior to the season commencing to outline the options available to you.

Children who are enrolled at Correspondence School or are homeschooled must be full-time residents in the Ashburton District and provide evidence of enrolment in a NZQA approved correspondence school or Ministry of Education approval for homeschooling. Purchasers will be contacted to provide this information to confirm eligibility.
