Already have mypass card from previous years?

If you’ve already had a mypass card in previous years, this has now been loaded to your pass and you can head straight to the lifts on your first day on the mountain! This includes cards that previously just had a day pass loaded. You do not need to visit Guest Services to activate your pass, this will work automatically. You can double check your current pass number by logging in to your account here and looking at the alpha-numerical number at the top of your profile, found in the ‘Customer Info’ tab. If this does not match your current mypass card number, please let us know and we can update this for you. You can get in touch by simply replying to this email, or feel free to call us on 03 308 5074 and select 3 to talk with a member of the Guest Services team.

First time skiing with us?

You’ll need to collect your personal mypass card from Guest Services. All you need to bring with you is a form of photo ID, such as drivers’ licence, or present this email at the counter. If you’ve purchased for more than one person, please make sure all members of your party are with you. We will need to take a picture of each person in your group in order to issue them with their season pass.

Purchased via instalments?

If you purchased your 2020 Season Pass by instalments, by selecting the instalment payment option, you agree to NZSki automatically processing the remaining payments on the below dates. You can read our full disclosure statement here and you can view the status of your payment plan in your online account here

If you chose the instalment option, your first instalment was paid at the time of purchase and your credit card will automatically be charged on the below dates for remaining instalments, dependent on the payment plan you have selected.

If you an instalment option, your credit card will automatically be charged on the below dates, unless you login to your online account and complete the transaction(s) in advance of any of the due dates.
