If you already have a mypass card from this year, or previous years, your lift pass is now loaded to your card, and you can head straight to the lifts!
If you need to collect your tickets and mypass card, you can do this on the mountain at Guest Services, or at our Snow Desk in Methven, located at the Methven Heritage Centre. Our Snow Desk winter hours are 7.15am-5.45pm daily. To collect at either location, simply bring your confirmation email with you, along with some photo ID, such as a driver’s licence.
If you have multiple new pass holders in your group, please bring them with you so we can take their picture before issuing their mypass card.
If you’ve purchased lessons for your trip to Mt Hutt, visit Guest Services upon arrival and we will issue you with your lesson tickets. Our group lessons are not booked in advance, so you can opt to take your lesson on any day you'd like. Just be at the on-snow meeting point in time for your lesson. Lesson times are as follows:
- Full day & morning Kea Club - 10am
- Full day & morning Adult Group Lessons - 10.20am
- Afternoon Kea Club - 1.30pm
- Afternoon Adult Group Lessons - 2pm
Or, if you already have your lift pass and rental equipment, and only need to collect your lesson ticket at Guest Services, simply reply to this email and we can help you organise your lesson ticket in advance, so you can head straight to your lesson.
